BAD SERVICE

I've been with RSAWEB for 5 years and except for a few billing issues there was never server problems, lately I've experienced FTP and downtime on my website. First time I contacted them they said they have a server issue that I had no problem with, after a couple of days when the problem was not resolved they started blaming my website. I removed my site and uploaded a minimal index and still experienced problems. Now they blaming the Shared Hosting and says I have to move to a dedicated server to resolve the issue. Why are they advertising 99,9% uptime on the Shared hosting. After 3 weeks of struggling I had to cancel all my websites.
