Bad RSAweb and Octotel and Excellent Rocketnet

I have signed the 27 of Aug with RSAWeb and Octotel for Fibre Connection. I was informed it will take plus minus two weeks for connwction as the fibre was already installed. With emails and phone calls and promises I have cancelled the contract with them as the excuse were that Octotel can not get ahold of the body corporate. When I cancelled I phoned Rocketnet and had internet connection within two hours and router will be send on Monday. Thank you Mohammed from Rocketnet. You have told me the true version whicb RSAWeb did not informed me about. Thank you for your service and sorry for RSAWeb and Octotel you definitely lost a customer
