BAD Provider

They have Absolutely bad Service I payed my Bill on the 28th of March and got a Message saying 72h your account will be Active never happened still off you never get hold of them I got hold of them and spoke to 2 people the lady that had to help sort it out "Natalia" does not even get back to us she is not sorting it out at all, NO Updates nothing totally Useless... I really am thinking of just going in to the Bank and take back the money I paid and try a Different Provider.....
