Bad company, Bad employees and service from RSA Web. Do not use them.

I Sent my documents and info in by end of December 2024 with the summer promo of R395 for the month which is 1-31 Jan 2025 will be R395 and the R395 per month is for 3 solid months. They kept on with the pro rata nonsense and they even went so far as to want to charge me R1695 for a router which I never requested or need and was not even delivered because I said that I had a router and no need for a router. From 15 January 2025 they claim that I was connected and sent me stupid tp links, to link my router. I explained from beginning that I have a mikrotik router. Still they refused to listen. The R1695 was apparently for pro rata fees and some other apparent fees which was never advised. When in actual fact David Bernaba, Amy Nothnagel, Kabelo Nalepe, Yolanda Tshuku, Nuhaa Booysen, Cain Adams and accounts were among many of the deceiving messages and services cut 2 times in a few days. I Hate RSA Web. They try to explain everything and lie about the promotions that they offer.
