Bad client service and false advertising

Rated #1 of ISP's in SA ... I think not! Queried my account 7 days ago, no feedback provided and no progress in my query whatsoever. Also seems like false advertising in terms of a referral credit when you get someone to sign-up. Very disappointed, expected better client service and response time.

Would not recommend. Thinking of changing ...
