Bad billing experience hindering my ability to worj

Ive been with rsa web for a few years and i work from home today i called due a payment query and was advised that iy will take 72 hours just to allocate a paymeny???? Due to this im now unable to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
