BAD after sale service

BAD after sale service !!!!! The sales consultant stays in meetings for the last few weeks when trying to make contact with him. He does not return any calls or emails but was quick to make the sale. One needs to keep calling the customer care number and wait for hours on the line#Time and money wasting.
