Awful experience

Im a former dashfibre customer. Got forced into a pathetic merg with Rsaweb. After getting talked into a 200/200 line to get a free ups, all went downhill. Apparently dashfibre customers are seen as old customers of rsaweb web and therefore dont Qualify for the Ups, secondly my account got suspended this morning, bt payment was made on the 1st. Then i decided to make payment twice this morning via their scan payment method and still account is suspended. This is a horrible experience. Dont even waste ur time phoning customer care. There is NONE. Utterly useless.
