so sad i moved to this ISP. THE most useless technical support in the universe. fibre down for 5 days now and complete lack of urgency on their side. incapable of dealing with Openserve. Not a clue what is going on with the ticket. passed from pillar to post. not interested in helping the customer at all. managers that do not phone back. it is frankly disgusting, avoid this ISP like the plague.
