Anything but RSAWeb!

Try any other, ANY other, ISP in South Africa before you use RSAWeb and if RSAWeb is next on your list - Rather don't have internet. I have been struggling non stop since the 23rd of September with Packet loss that I have sent MULTITUDES of tests to prove. I have spoken to multiple technicians who "update the ticket" I have requested multiple call backs from managers who obviously have not got phones - RSAWeb simply put does not give a continental rats a$$ about their clientele as long as payment is made. I am now going to stop allowing payments in hopes that maybe - just maybe - they notice that I am serious and decide to get off their chairs to assist.
