AGAIN no internet and no help
Again, after Saterday and sunday no internet , AGAIN its down . Absolutely horrible experiance

03 Jun 2024, 12:00I have spent the whole saterday on the phone with an agent, saying something is wrong with the IP address, ONLY sunday morning was the IP refreshed and internet working. I am working from hom and NOW AGAIN the internet is down !!!!

03 Jun 2024, 12:15Now, 1st line support wants me to test and sent pics again !!! after doing that the whole of saterday , ONLY for them to say its the IP address !!!!! this is a horrible experiance with them !
