Accounts:Billed R1,300 instead of R520

Their accounts department is useless.They billed me R1,300 instead of R520,promised me that the issue was resolved but went ahead and deducted R1,300 from my account.Still no refund and they no longer respond on my emails.It was a struggle from the beginning with this company they kept on asking me to send the same documents over and over again.Should have chosen webafrica for my 2nd home too,because we never had issues with them its just that I did not know at the time which service provider was better.
