Accounts useless

Zero STARS - NEVER RESPONDE to their clients!!!!!!!!!!!!Your accounts department never allocates payments. Always story why not. Always a story why you as the client still owes them more money. I've only had issues with this company from the start. Its absolutely ridiculous. They are Always canceling your subscription because they cannot allocate your payment. Then you have to pay reconnection fee when the fault was due to them. DO NOT USE RSAWEB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
