Accounts department *****ulent

Accounts department is very suspicious you pay monthly yet they add the amounts you have paid to your statement causing a negative balance when you ask them to rectify it they tell you to ignore it because the account is up to date now a year later they tell you the service is cancelled because there's an outstanding amount yet you are paying monthly but because they did not rectify anything on their side you all of a sudden owe them and you sitting without internet and you are told to wait 1-3 days for feedback. Honestly ridiculous customer service. Accounts department have no idea whether they're coming or going.
