Absolutely terrible service delivery
I had a Metrofibre line installed through rsaweb, I had 2-3 short down times in the beginning but I did not complain.
Then we were again down for a short time before the ransomware attack happened, then that attack happened and we were down for 2 days.
This morning again, the speed test and youtube worked but NOTHING ELSE wanted to load!!!
Now they want a clawback fee of over R2000 to cancel after knowing how **** their service has been! Terrible company, please do not take out a fibre line with them!

23 Feb 2023, 13:27Will definitely be cancelling once my 12 months is over! Ridiculous! It is not my fault you had a cyber/ransomware attack that brought your whole company down! Now we, the clients must suffer!
