Absolutely pathetic service

So you guys rate yourselves as the Highest Rated ISP? I do not agree at all. I signed up with Fixed LTE through you guys last month, I received the Router and Sim card on the 30th of July and since then it has not connected or come online. I have phoned your "support" department everyday, multiple times a day and each person gives me a different excuse from it being a faulty Sim Card (which you guys don't want to replace), a faulty Router (which you guys don't want to replace), or that Rica takes 24 hours (its been 6 days). I have asked to be put through to your cancellations department and all that happens is someone picks up the phone and then cuts the call. And the best part is I still received a bill to state I need to pay for a service that I am not getting.

Can someone in your cancellations department get back to me cause I am absolutely disgusted about the service your company offers and I would never recommend this ISP to anyone, not after the experience I have had with you.
