Absolutely Pathetic

Early December I opened a ticket with the account's department regarding a small update to my profile. I received one response on the 30th and nothing since.

Today I called in to follow up and a lady told me to stay on the line while she opens my profile. After holding for 10 minutes she cuts the call.
