Absolutely atrocious

This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. It took over a month for the line to be connected. There is no alignment between the sales and projects teams. All documentation that you submit online is further requested, making the process even longer.

They could not even deliver the router on time. Over a month in the process. I am so appalled by this service provider. I Never complain about companies but this is beyond poor service delivery.
