Absolute joke of a ISP

<p>Got told by the salesman that the 20Mb uncapped line would be unshaped ad unthrottled which I find out is impossible on an uncapped line and the line speed maxes out at 2.5Mb with a ping of 40-60ms. Numerous calls and complaints and nothing happens. Another day in Africa.</p>
