Abongile is the best in tech support and goes out of his way to assist while the rest of the support team couldn’t care less if my wifi was connected or not

Abongile is the best in tech support and goes out of his way to assist while the rest of the support team couldn’t care less if my wifi was connected or not. I was going to change to a new Isp because of poor service but he convinced me to stay. Overall wifi experience is great with RSAweb but support not great. Abo is the best and I appreciate the extra mile he walked to assist.
