After being with RSA web for more than 2 years . I am moving and wanted to downgrade my service they told me I couldn’t downgrade so I decided to cancel. They have since come to fetch the router but is still sending me invoices and have debited my account for two months that the service was inactive. Now I can’t get hold of anyone in their offices !
