I've had such a very poor service from RSAWEB, ever since I've upgraded my speed of which I have never achieved. They billed me for the service that they're not giving me, there's an open ticket of which it doesn't look like anyone is attending it, they opened ticket number *** on the 17th of July till this date nobody has tried to resolve this problem.
