3 days without WiFi

Bad service ever 🙌🏽 3 days without internet and no one is bothered to contact us to give an update. I’ve been calling and waiting for more that 30 minutes and still don’t get help. Yesterday after holding for 1 hour they promised to call me back and no one did. WhatsApp the reply after 4 to 5 hours.
