10/10 for Henri Botes, 0/10 for RSAWEB Billing Team
I have dealt with Henri Botes at RSAWEB from the beginning. He is fantastic at what he does, keeps me informed and up to date with all the changes. I could always get in contact with him. He honestly deserves an increase or promotion.
As for the billing team, I wish I could give them 4 stars but they just suck. They informed me a day in advance that they will be billing me a pro rata, but no amount included. Poor poor service from the billing team! Henri literally did the billing team's work for them.
