Zero service from RSA retail bonds

Invested savings with them last Thursday morning. Went into bank and paid them to do tye EFT. Have not heard a word from RSA retail bonds, nothing zilch zero. These are my life savings! Disgusting service. Tried calling them, zero zilch nothing. Emailed, so far nothing. Do they even exist, i was told this would be my best investment option, yet it feels like I'm being ghosted, sny other bank the amount would reflect the next day online.
