Worst service ever!!!

I have never received such a poor customer service in my entire existence. Firsty, I don't know if there are any call centre agents in this company. How do you justify waiting for more than an hour and only to get half done service? Secondly, I have sent an e-mail on the 6th February 2023 to withdraw my money and today is the 19th and I still do not have my money. They say you wait for 7 days but its the 13th day today and no money in my account. I have seen reviews here and there has been similar problems for many years, so there are no means of improving the customer service at all?You can do better than this. Can I have my money in my account by tomorrow!
