Withdrawal form
I have signed a withdrawal form which has not been processed yet. I signed it on the 6 September I have not received any payment yet .My investment no is TA***3. Please assist. Usually it takes three days but now it's more than three days

Thank you for your feedback. Kindly note that withdrawal requests for investments older than a year may take up to 7 working days to process as per the withdrawal application form. Kindly send your investor number to queries mailbox to enable the team to follow up on your payment should you have not received the funds.
