They do not make any effort to meet their SLA's
They do not make any effort to meet their SLA's. I made a withdrawal application an investment that is older than 1 year, but they have not paid yet and have not given feedback. This has been since November 2023 and 8th of January 2024 but their SLA is 7 working days. Calling them is a complete waste of time since they never pick up. I now regret investing with them.
