I am writing this review experiencing the same challenge that most people have indicated on this platform. As most of you can see the last email indicates that my case has been closed and now it is the third week since my case was closed on the other hand I am still waiting. Contacting the office has yielded the same results as all the complainants on this platform. I have already written an email to *** and only then it seemed like things started moving, however, now it seems I am back to square one.

I propose that we seek help from Skhipha AmaFile from Moja Love because it doesn't seem like anything positive will happen anytime soon.
