My retail savings bond expired on the 19th May 2025, a week and a half passed thinking I will get my money, I finally decided to come read the reviews hear, then I read one review where a person submitted documents to Janet, I submitted my confirmation of banking details, ID copy and proof of residence on the 26th of May 2025, Janet responded and thank me for submitting the documents and advised that the payment initially bounced because the bank account was recorded as transmission and not current account and she submitted proof of bank account, I followed up again on Friday the 30 of March 2025 and she responded that once the bank has been verified payment will be made, during the week of 02 nd to 6th June she ignored my emails and did not respond to any of my follow up emails, this is so disappointing, emotionally draining, I am so appalled by the level of service I have received from retail savings bond, it is almost a month and I am still begging to receive my hard saved money, this is so so disturbing
