RSA Retail Savings Bonds No response from many emails or telephone calls

I purchased a retail bond in 2023 my payment has not been receipted against his investment, I have sent a number of emails with proof of payment but to date this has not been resolved and I am not receiving response from any emails and the call line is never answered please can someone assist me in this regard
