RSA Retail Savings Bonds Interest money disappeared

I have restarted one of my investments at a higher interest rate. However the monthly interest payment after the higher interest rate was lower. I have queried this by sending numerous e-mails to accounts and complaints with no feedback.

Please note that the first monthly interest payment for the investments restarted in May 2024 will be on 30 June 2024 as per our terms and conditions.

This payment will include the pro rata interest for May 2024.

Kindly send the incident numbers of emails send to janet.brewis @treasury.gov.za to enable me to follow up on the emails as well.
