RSA retail bonds, the administration feels like a ****

Partial withdrawal is a nightmare. The is no communication and u will send multiple emails without no response. The phone just keeps ringing with no answer and the complains department doesn’t even acknowledge receipt of your email. It feels like I was ****med. One invests money and when it’s time to withdraw, the system collapses. The fact that the are no address on their website it’s honestly scary.

I even met their colleagues at Rand Show few years back and they confirmed to me that they don’t like answering emails or phones. So if only I can get my money and invest elsewhere.
