RSA Retail Bonds: an attractive investment - but don't expect a quick response
On 14th June I app**** to be registered, as a prospective RSA Retail Bond investor. I app**** online, and sent through the required documents (certified ID and stamped Bank Statement). My intention was to invest before month-end. However, I have had no response - except for an automated message, saying my query had been logged. This morning I tried phoning: but I got tired of waiting, listening to a whole lot of blab, and not getting through to a consultant. Is this the way to encourage investment?
