RSA Retail Bonds a ****

Investing in the rsa retail Bonds is a good idea ,good interests however I now have a problem withdrawing some of the money I invested. I inquired via email how to withdraw, they responded with all the information. I then followed the instructions given for a withdrawal request...this was on the 10th of April to date there has been no response not even an acknowledgement of the application. Any other email I send gets acknowledged but not the withdrawal application. Trying to call has borne no results as you'll hold for an hour without getting through to anyone. The machine says the helpline works for limited hours from 10:00 till 14:00 but even then no one ever answers the phone. This week there's new message saying the helpline is currently closed. What am I supposed to do now because I want to make a withdrawal as I need my money and the so called email service they refer you to is non responsive.This is the worst service that has me starting to think this is a **** or a ponzi scheme of some sort.
