Poor Service wouldn’t recommend RSA retail savings bond as your investment choice

I would not recommend RSA Retail savings bond , I need funds for a urgent matter and made a withdrawal request on the 01 June 2026 already today is the 08th almost 10 days and no feedback whatsoever , I don’t get through to them through phone calls either because no answer , no email received from them that they received my requests,this is just poor and I wouldn’t recommend
