Poor Service

I have completed a RSA Retail Savings Bond application on the 18 June 2024 and emailed them for an acknowledgement of my application before I transfer funds. I have received no reply and I now emailed *** who I believe deals with compliants and I have still not received any reply from her as well. Their 5 year fixed rate is very attractive however without getting any response from them on an application I am despondent to be invested with them for 5 years with this kind of service.
