POOR RSA RETAIL BONDS SERVICE

I am seriously considering removing my savings from this organisation. Queries incidents get resolved without any response on the matter queried or the request for withdrawal. I am deeply annoyed with the lack of response and when i try and call i hold on for over 40 minutes and then when I do get through to someone I am told its being processed and it takes 7 days and I am completely dismissed. This is my money, this is pathetic service. My incident *** is still not resolved but the query is closed?
