Poor customer care and lack of communication

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of the rsa retail bonds, specifically regarding the payout process. In November 2023, I submitted a request for payout, and since then, I have encountered significant issues and delays. Their payout process is meant to take 7 days but its been months and they are plain refusing to release my funds.

My experience with their payout process has been frustrating and far from the expected standard. I hope that future investors take heed of this warning and carefully evaluate their investment choices to avoid similar disappointments
