None existent customer service

I opened a fixed savings account in April, and requested my interest to be paid monthly. On the 31st May there was no money deposited in my acoount. I have provided banking details when applying. I have sent emails from Friday there is no response I tried calling the helpline several times, I held on till I ran out of airtime 30 minutes+. I regret saving my money with RSA savings retail bonds, I am unemployed and now I could not pay my rent on any of my debts.
