No one answers the phone calls or emails!

On the 22nd of April, basicially two days ago. I sent an eamil requesting an early withdrwal, sent a follow up email as well and tried calling, I did not recieve a single response. Mind you the withdrawal takes 7 working days and I sent it on Wednesday already, clearly now that means it will delay because people are not responding to emails or calls. Incident - *** Incident - *** Also sent an email this morning, still nothing.
