Investor number enquiry

I've trying to get hold of the organisation via email last week...no reply. I even tried to reach out of their Facebook page...recently I've been calling no reply...I only need to retrieve my investor number because I can't login without it...How can as an individual trust the organization that you can't get hold of it just to ask minor enquiry but they were online 2hrs ago on Facebook I am begging for them to reply and please hire more people...this bad reputation for your company...I still believe in customer service and you clients deserve one.
