Ignored my withdrawal request.

I did my initial investment with RSA Savings bond in Jan this year and i only got an activation email only, i then after sent multiple emails requesting for my Statements which were never responded to, which led to me wanting to cancel my investment.

i sent all the necessary documents for a withdrawal on July 25th and today is the 06th of August and no one has said anything to me about my money.

I am so disappointed.
