Helpline is useless

<p>I have been trying to talk to someone or an agent at the retail savings bonds help line but no one is available. It's always the same stupid recording that "saystheir lines are busy and they will connect you to the next available agent ". For the 6 or more times I have called , I have NEVER spoke to an agent. This is ridiculous. Had our government depths slacked like this. ..its really embarrassing </p>
