CRY FOR HELP REGARDING PAYMENTS FROM SA RETAIL BONDS

I have been with RSA RETAIL BONDS for over three years. When I joined them their service was superb. They were quick to answer phones and emails. But that is all history it seems. How said such a powerful institution is being destroyed in front of our eyes. I have app**** for payment on 28 March 2024 which was supposed to be settled within 7 days during April 2024. Until today I still have not received the payment despite the fact that I received mails stating that my queries are resolved. Yes Janet is helping but I am worried when only person is now dealing with so many queries. We come to this platform most of us because we are so desperate and don't know what else to do. HONESTLY this was not supposed to be like this! You are really playing with our lives because money is LIFE.
