BAD/NO SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION FROM RSA RETAIL BONDS

My daughter want to invest money, emailed all required documents to *** on 6Nov. No response. We tried calling several times, holding for 10minutes plus and then gave up. We've send follow up emails- NO RESPONSE! MY husband just tried to talk to someone again this morning and gave up after being on hold for AN HOUR! Why do you make it so difficult to ccommunicate with you!

Thank you for the feedback. Please accept my apology for the frustration experienced. You send your daughter's id number directly to Janet Brewis @treasury.gov.za to enable the Retail Bonds office to follow up and assist you.
