appalling service from the with regards to an late estate

If i could rate -5 i would. I submitted a claim to try and have the funds from a deceased person pay out to the estate late bank account. Initially the service was great and i received an email in November stating the claim has been resolved, now three months later nothing has been done, the funds has not been released, nothing. I have sent several emails to try and have this resolved, but no one even has the decency to get back to me. Absolutely appalling.
