Worst \online\" shopping experience ever! Placed an online order for an item. Credit card got \"rejected\" twice. Order was cancelled and I replaced the order with the SAME credit card and eventually got a order confirmation. The order details did not show up on my online profile and received zero communication after that. It is almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone, continuously being cut off when entering a reference number. Also, there was no response on various emails I sent. I eventually spoke to someone who then said the order was \"stuck\" in customs."
