Useless

I ordered Raspberry and case from them. All went smooth until I received my parcel. The Raspberry had solder on some of its pins. There was also hot glue on the Lan header. I took photos and sent it to them and told them they have send me a used part.

They rep**** and told me they don’t have used parts. Well, I have the proof. I plugged the Arduino into the power supply to found it is dead, no surprise there… I send them the parcel back with the return parcel option they have. I never heard from them, so I emailed them. It didn’t help so I phoned them. They told me they don’t have the parcel. After I gave them the tracking number and confirmed it with the courier, they admitted having the parcel with them. Took about a month. I asked for my money back with little reply. I phoned them again and told me they are busy with the refunding…….

So now after 3 months I still didn’t receive my money. I phoned them again this morning…. Someone will call me back. So, the wait continues.

Useless…………….
