Terrible Customer Web Interface

Their website is possibly the most infuriating thing on this planet!!<br> It is extremely laggy and sometimes even just drops you mid query or search.<br> Which means you have to start again. This happens much to often.<br> Also the search system is flawed and over complicated. I can see where they were going with it, but it does not work nearly well enough. The search system also suffers from some sort of archive overload, where it feels like it is trying to access something to the detriment of you just selecting you query options.<br> I can't see how such a issue has been left unattended, for such a large company, for so long. I have had the displeasure of experiencing this occasionally, when my need to deal with them was unavoidable, over the last two years.<br> Please don't misunderstand. RS is an great company, but that website is unacceptable in today's standards.
